At Splint, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you decide to stop using our services, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
What data will be deleted?
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed from our Firebase database:
– Your profile information (Name, Email, and Profile Picture).
– All expense records and groups created by you.
– Your login credentials and notification tokens.
How to request account deletion:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
1. Open the Splint app.
2. Go to the Profile or Settings section.
3. Tap on “Delete Account”.
4. Confirm your choice. Your data will be wiped instantly.
Option 2: Email Request
If you are unable to access the app, you can send us a formal request via email.
– Email to: hello@binaryvast.com
– Subject: Account Deletion Request – [Your Registered Email]
– Process: Once we receive your email, our team will verify your identity and delete all your data from our servers within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Note: Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
